1.3 These general conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions governing the provision of services by the EUROPAUTO II online store.
1.4. The purchase of any product in the EUROPAUTO II online store implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1.5. The user is responsible for using this site in accordance with the law, refraining from any illicit or immoral activity, or any activity that goes against best practice or the rights of third parties.

Product, Price and Content Information
3.1. EUROPAUTO II reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented, in particular with regard to products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
3.2 The images illustrating each product may differ from the product subsequently delivered.
3.3 Items for sale in the online store are subject to existing stock and orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.4 In the event of a temporary or permanent stock shortage, the customer will be duly notified and an alternative with similar characteristics will be suggested, or the possibility of canceling the order free of charge.
3.5. Under Portuguese law, prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Orders and payment
4.1 To make a purchase in the EUROPAUTO II online store, users only need to add items to the cart and complete the checkout process.
4.2. Buyers can choose their preferred method of payment from the following options: Multibanco or Bank Transfer. Payment by ATM is made securely through our partner ifthenpay.
4.3 Any order placed in the EUROPAUTO II online store will only be processed once payment has been received.
4.4 After confirming the order in the EUROPAUTO II online store, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the user, with all the details about the products ordered, delivery, invoicing and payment information. If the customer does not receive the order confirmation e-mail, they are asked to contact EUROPAUTO II by telephone at 234917813 or by e-mail at comercial@europauto2.com.
4.5. EUROPAUTO II will answer any questions and/or respond to any requests for information sent to the following e-mail address: comercial@europauto2.com.
Delivery
5.1. Orders will only be delivered/shipped after payment has been made by the customer.
5.2 At the end of the order, the customer can choose to collect the order from EUTOPAUTO II's premises or to have the order sent by courier to the address they specify.
5.3 Delivery of orders sent will be made in accordance with the carrier's delivery times.
5.4 Home delivery cannot be made to PO boxes.
5.5 As the delivery service is contracted to an external company, possible delays in deliveries are not the responsibility of EUROPAUTO II.
5.6 If for any reason the customer is unable to receive the order, please contact the EUTOPAUTO II online store immediately at comercial@europauto2.com.
5.7 All products sent by EUROPAUTO II must be checked upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, they must refuse to accept it and return it to the carrier, indicating the reason for the return on the delivery note. They must also inform EUROPAUTO II immediately by emailing comercial@europauto2.com.
5.8 If, after delivery, the customer finds that any item does not conform, they are asked to contact EUROPAUTO II at comercial@eutopauto2.com, indicating the order number, the reason for the non-conformity and attaching photographs of the items in question.
Shipping costs
The cost of delivery is calculated according to the weight of the products, the destination and the total value of the order.
Returns/complaints
7.1 We have a 14-day return policy, which means that the customer has 14 days after receiving their order to request a return by emailing comercial@europauto2.com and having the order delivered to EUROPAUTO II's premises.
7.2 Returns can be made physically at EUROPAUTO II's premises or, alternatively, the customer can send the products by post.
7.3 Return costs will be borne by the customer, except when the return is based on products proven to be defective.
7.4 When returning an item, the customer should consider using a trackable postal service, as otherwise it is not possible to confirm receipt of the returned items.
7.5 Returns of personalized products are not accepted.
7.6 To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, undamaged or unworn, with a label and in its original packaging.
7.8 Once the order has been received and after confirmation that the items are in perfect condition, the refund will be processed within a maximum of ten working days by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated by the customer by email.
7.9 Delivery costs are non-refundable and only the value of the returned products will be refunded.
